Nope. This isn’t my 3G. I was in Utah paragliding and missed the launch and now they are all out of stock. Although the new software on my original Iphone has given my phone a whole new life. The App store is awesome! It’s amazing to get all this new functionality out of a device a year after you buy it.

Sugar cane more efficient:
Corn ethanol generates less than two units of energy for every unit of energy used to produce it, while the energy ratio for sugar cane is more than 8 to 1. With lower production costs and cheaper land prices in the tropical countries where it is grown, sugar cane is a more efficient source.
Just food for thought: We are providing huge subsidies for US corn ethanol producers and placing large tariff’s on Brazilian sugar cane ethanol which is much more efficient. This is a direct result of the farm lobby at work. Unfortunately my party is on the wrong side on this issue. Obama supports this policy even though it makes little sense. With the recent mid-west floods causing massive crop losses we are going to see corn prices soar in the next year as the government continues to push so much of it into ethanol production. I’m not a McCain fan but he is right on dumping these subsidies and dropping this tariff.

Teaching the values of the parents? Since when does a science teacher have any business teaching values of any kind. To read the article the school clearly knew he was preaching religion in his classroom long before he decided to brand the kids with the cross. I say close this pathetic example of a school, fire the staff, and bus these kids out of the damn dark ages so they have a chance in this world. As for the science teacher.. how about 10-15 years in the Pen.
Back to that quote. I have heard this “values of parents” argument to justify teaching creationism in schools before. In fact from the principle in the very school my children attend.
I wonder if these parents would have supported segregation since the “values” of the parents in those schools didn’t permit their children to play with black kids? This mentality of mob rule regardless of facts or any sense of humanity is the same exact path that brought us the holocaust, slavery, segregation, the burning of witches and about a million other atrocities. But hey, why read history books when you have the bible!

here I am flying the beaches on a recent trip to Panama City Beach Florida. The flying here was excellent. If you have ever wanted to fly and cannot justify the crazy expense of an actual airplane you should check into powered paragliding. Its simply an incredible way to fly. Where in the world is Copy / Paste
Ok so I essentially got what I wanted from WWDC with the 3G Iphone although I would have liked to see something new on the Macbook Pro or MacPro front. I’m surprised that they are holding everyone off until July 11th when their stores already have bare shelves. This seems like a bizarre business decision if it was intentional. As for the 3G Iphone I can’t believe they didn’t announce Copy/Paste. The damn thing can play games with incredible graphics but it cannot handle this simple task? I’m not a programmer but this just seems like a gimmie feature.. what the heck…
